Calling all SUPERHEROES! Exciting news on the Easter Seals™ Drop Zone national event roster – Prince Albert is the first stop in Saskatchewan! We are excited for participants, sponsors and volunteers to experience the high energy, adrenaline pumping event organized for an amazing cause.

For some, it’s an adrenaline pumping thrill of a lifetime! We are challenging all SUPERHEROES to participate solo or join as a cape crusading team, raising money to rappel down the L.F. McIntosh Building in picturesque Prince Albert.

The Easter Seals™ Drop Zone is an annual event organized every year across Canada, making stops in every province. For many people it’s a chance to honour or support family members living with varying abilities.

For the Second Annual Drop Zone PA, the whole community of Prince Albert is expected to come out and celebrate with the Superheroes for this awesome day.

Since we are all about supporting and encouraging our SUPERHEROES we have lots of prizes, incentives and events in store to ensure everyone is excited and motivated to reach their fundraising goal!

Our SUPERHERO Street Party will be happening at ground-level on day of.  We will have fun for all ages, including a DJ, magicians, a bouncy castle, food trucks, a BBQ, treats table, local shopping, a Silent Auction and more right Central Avenue!

Fundraising Structure

Solo SUPERHEROES must be committed to raising $850 to rappel event day. For those signing up as a cape crusading team the captain must raise $850, with the co-captain raising $750 and all additional team SUPERHEROES raising $700 each.

Fundraising can be a key element in your enjoyment.  Getting your community, friends, coworkers and family involved at various fundraising events you hold will increase the fun atmosphere this event creates.  And boy do we have ideas for you.  Follow us on Facebook for our awesome ideas and please feel to contact us directly if you need some help with your event.  Remember, if given the right amount of notice, are even happy to attend.  From raffles, to steak nights, lemonade stands to garage sales, we are behind you every step pf the way.  And you would be blown-over at how easy it is to exceed your fundraising minimums.

Training Information

All SUPERHEROES will be provided expert training and information sessions locally, offering tips and tricks to help you succeed in your fundraising goal and ensure you are in full SUPERHERO rappel mode on event day. Training is provided and supervised by an amazing expert team, TACTEN – professionals who rappel in real life and death situations all around the world.

Specific training dates will be announced soon and we will keep you posted!

Books of tickets can be sold to our superheroes for them to sell to their community, and in turn that money will be put towards fundraising amounts.  More info on this to come.
